Vincent Gray is Technology Chosen Market Account manager for Pinsent Masons' Information and Technology Group. He is responsible for all marketing and business development activities for OUT-LAW and was one of the founding members of the service.

Since 1995, Jon has specialised in and has advised on all aspects of internet related law and more recently on e-commerce and telecoms issues. He has advised clients ranging from ISP s and web hosts to general business concerns seeking to use the internet as a business tool.

Having worked as a systems analyst/programmer and as a consultant before becoming an IT lawyer, John is well qualified to advise software developers and suppliers of all types. John's clients range from games developers to financial services firms.

Susan provides commercial, IP and IT advice to media and entertainment, new media and technology businesses. Her workload typically will include content and software licensing, publishing contracts, e-commerce and data protection compliance.

David advises clients on IT project disputes. He joined Pinsent Masons in 1995 having previously worked in the legal department of Oracle. As well as litigation, David helps clients, either suppliers or users, who need to re-assess or re-negotiate problem IT projects.

Based in Hong Kong, Peter's background is in risk management and litigation for clients in the IT sector. He has acted in numerous disputes for hardware manufacturers, suppliers of software systems, government bodies and in relation to outsourcing.

For 12 years, Rosemary headed the legal department of the Data Protection Registrar before joining Masons. She now advises clients on data protection, human rights and freedom of information law. Rosemary is the co-author of Data Protection Law.

Based in Leeds, Richard advises private and public sector clients on IT procurement, intellectual property law and commercial agreements. He specialises in software licensing, system procurement and outsourcing work.

Lee heads the trade mark and designs team at Pinsent Masons. Based in Leeds, Lee is a Senior Associate and Trade Mark Attorney with over 15 years' experience of trade mark and design protection both in the UK and overseas.

Yvonne provides commercial technology and intellectual property advice to businesses. She also has experience in advising creative industries businesses on the creation, protection and exploitation of their intellectual property rights.

Cerys has extensive experience of all areas of IP and IT law, in particular technology licensing and technology transfer agreements and confidentiality, evaluation, collaboration, research and development arrangements and brand licensing. She also advises on information law and e-commerce.

A specialist in data protection, Louise carries out data protection compliance audits, advises on overseas transfers, information security, website compliance and marketing. She also holds the ISEB qualification in data protection and is an accredited ISEB trainer.

Jayne handles a wide range of B2B supply chain arrangements and advises on routes to market, from agency and distribution to licensing and franchise arrangements. Her experience includes research and development arrangements, joint ventures, trading alliances and outsourcing as well as sales promotion and consumer protection advice.

Kim specialises in commercial and contractual advice involving intellectual property. His experience includes the acquisition and exploitation of rights, e-commerce issues, the transfer of technology, distribution, agency and supply agreements and franchising, for businesses including software and other IT companies, publishers, retailers, marketing services agencies and leisure companies.

Based in Dubai, Nigel advises private and public sector clients, suppliers and customers. He specialises in IT procurement, intellectual property law and commercial agreements. He has advised on a variety of commercial and technology contracts including international outsourcing, software licensing and VOIP telephony and facilities maintenance.
