Lindsey Wrenn's biography

Lindsey is the Head of Trade Marks.  She has over 10 years' experience of trade mark protection both in the UK and overseas.

Lindsey started career in the International Trade Mark Department of Unilever plc and then moved to the Trade Marks Group at Clifford Chance where she was seconded to Storehouse plc, to set up their in-house trade mark facility.

Lindsey advises on all aspects of trade mark protection from searching, filing and prosecution through to drafting and negotiating licences and assignments. She also has extensive experience of enforcement and preservation of trade mark rights including the conduct of hearings before the Trade Marks Registry.

Other relevant experience includes advice on trade mark related aspects of company mergers/acquisition/disposals and strategic advice in respect of the management of brand portfolios. Lindsey is also an Honorary Lecturer at the University of Manchester for the Postgraduate Certificate in Intellectual Property Law.
