Jayne Hussey's biography

Jayne is a Partner in the Outsourcing, Technology & Commercial Group. She handles a wide range of high value B2B supply chain arrangements including long-term purchasing and supply arrangements.  Jayne also advises businesses on routes to market, from agency and distribution to licensing and franchise arrangements.

Jayne's practice includes special projects and ventures, such as research and development arrangements, joint ventures, trading alliances and outsourcing.

She also advises on legal issues affecting businesses once their goods and services reach the market such as sales promotion, retail finance and consumer protection issues.
