Employment Retention Bill 2006-07

This is a Private Members Bill introduced by John Robertson which seeks to amend the Employment Rights Act 1996 to make provision for a statutory right to rehabilitation leave for newly disabled people and people whose existing impairments change. There would be an associated right for a complaint to be lodged at an Employment Tribunal for failure by an employer to comply.

Introduced in March 2007, subsequent amendments may have been made but not incorporated into the original version of Bill
